which begs the question: why are there hardly any rom hacks for Neo-Geo games? Yeah, I know the console line is niche and all that, but if you ask me, the system could use more rom hacks to keep it fresh. Maybe a Kaizo Magician Lord? Samurai Shodown: Chaos Edition (where everything glitches out)?
