Probably took longer than 15 minutes, and probably wasn't worth it. Copied from ref... I'll be amazed if anyone finds it vaguely recognisable, since it seems kinda squished to me.

I don't think it's the shadows there in particular, but more because everything else is so undefined. I'm not even totally sure it's a girl... the nose might be a bit short, but you defined it well, kudos on that. Who is it? I don't even know what crits to give.

its not bad, but there might be too much shading on her near the area around her nose and mouth... too much detail there gives the impression of extra aging
