Originally intended to be a piece of SpellForce fanart... something went wrong in my head, and I somehow ended up drawing chibi-Aryn lopping off a skeleton's head instead.But I'm glad that something did go wrong, because I like the way it turned out. I used to draw a tonne of chibi stuff back in "the day", but it's waned quite a lot lately -- perhaps because I like drawing ridiculously busty girls instead, and doing those chibified doesn't really work. The colours remind me of Ragnarok Online, for no real good reason aside from the fact that they're quite muted.
And yes, I don't do enough pics of Aryn, despite the fact that she was pretty much the first character I ever came up with, so that's a nice added bonus.

This picture is great! If her expression was slightly less serious I think it would work better with the comical side of the piece. Would work as a wonderful bit of Instruction Manual art for a computer game or something similar.
Two quick crits: The colouring of her trousers is too close to that of her skin so makes her look like she has no trousers on at first glance and secondly, the head of the axe looks ever so slightly out of proportion. Can't work out if that is the shading or the size/angle of it though.
Anyway, really nice picture DrCloud.
