I love Hitomi for a few things, #1: shes hot!!, #2: she's great at cooking, and #3: (not to bust on the other girls of DOA) Hitomi is disciplined in the traditional art of karate, which makes her moves consist of, punches, kicks and take downs.
Thats what I like, she's like a brawler. Idk the other girls are great but I never really liked any of their fighting styles, they are just too flashy for me with the cartwheels, flips, finger thrusts, spin attacks and power bombs. Whats great about Hitomi is she seems down to earth and realistic. I thought you portrayed that greatly here. It's just her, in pose, with fight gloves on and ready to kick ass. This is a great piece!!!

I really like this. It's a really different style to any Hitomi pic I've seen before, but it really suits her! Slightly exagerated features and proportions give it a really cool look, great job! I love the pose work, and nice thick lines! One of the best Hitomi pics I've seen on dA.

not really chunkiness, just the upper torso is rather large... not really in a fat way, just not quite fitting with her other proportions, and her nicely sized chest doesn't really help that either, but it's mostly just the ribcage in comparison to her head... well, actually all over the body, but if you pulled the hips up a bit it'd probably wouldn't look wrong.

I think this is a great picture. The essence of movement is done well. To me it looks like she is dodging backwards from someone trying to attack her. She is slightly 'chunkier' than Team Ninja make her but they like to make their female characters as thin as possible. I think she looks much more like a fighter in this picture than most other DoA girl pics I've seen. Only slight crit I'd offer is that the head is a little bit too small in size comparison to the rest of the body, otherwise a great little sketch/piece.
