Description
This is based on a character description provided by someone else... so it treads that fine line between an original pic and a piece of fanart, and I never quite know which it really is.

Spent pretty much all of today colouring it, which in hindsight might not have been the best idea as I'm not entirely tired of it and not sure whether it's that great or not.

I liked the sketch, but I think things slipped a bit thereafter... she's supposed to be holding a couple of metallic fans, one of which is completely folded up and the other unfolded a little, but I'm not all that thrilled with how those turned out. She's also supposed to have somewhat demonic and leathery wings poking out of her back (that's what the odd brown lumpy thing is), but I don't think that worked out too well either.

Used a weird mixture of cel-shading and airbrushing for the colours, so... yep, more experimentation, but this took longer than I would've liked, and I'm not sure the results were worth it. That's how experiments go though, I suppose... wouldn't be an experiment if I knew whether it would work out or not XD

Anyway, I must say some positive things! Ummm... I like the actual, like, normal girl part, so that's something. I think the eyes turned out quite nicely? Ummm... might be a bit less static than the other things I've drawn lately, but not sure about that. I think I need to be doing more dynamic stuffs... and quicker... X3
