I like the colouring of this one better, but I do not like the placement of her hands.
They seem unnatural (I don't see people hold their hands like that often).
Oh well, it's just one drawing of what I assume will be many.

For what you were shooting for, it's getting pretty close. My guess for further improvement would be for you to just continue to practice so the shading becomes consistent, as well as get down to detailing even more.
