Description
Something that has been living in my head for several years and I felt like drawing it. I will finish this as soon a I can. I just wanted to post something so I thought I would put what I had of it in scraps to see what you guys think of it so far. Please be brutaly honest.Related content

I think it's AWESOME!!! The detail is fabulous, the expression wonderful, and he's just so COOL lookin'! It's amazing and I cannot wait to see the finished product! How was high tea, btw?

You're off to a good start; I certainly wouldn't abandon it.
The one thing you might want to consider is spacing his eyes just a little farther apart. I like the fact you've given him a shorter hairstyle rather than make it overly feline, but lengthening his beard/goatee would give some additional interest. Textures are good, nose length is good, I like the V-shape of his face but I get the feeling you're a little uncertain about what to do with his mouth. Does he have fangs, even small ones? That might give you some ideas about where to go with it.
He's got a lot of potential to really shine in the color area; maybe reds, browns and yellows? I can almost see small, pointed ears on him!
