It didn't say that Littlepip was free to move around and communicate and touch ponies or whatever.Β But it didn't say she couldn't either.Β It was a little ambiguous, or I wasn't reading the right parts, but I interpreted it as she didn't have to be in there for all eternity, and could move around on occasion.
