REUPLOADING CAUSE IT WOUDLN'T WORK UGH.Wanted to try and doodle this little guy too. c: He seemed simple enough, and I mean. Hamtaro Raichu. I seriously haven't liked an Electric Rodent this much since Raichu~ So this is perrffff <3 Pachirisu was one of the only other ones I kind of liked... but not high up on my favorite mon list. XD
Also used it as an excuse to play with shading/colors.
