Description
Once again the Arkham games have nailed this design. It's hard to top something that's so damn near perfect. I obviously had to make a few adjustments. I mostly turn to the animated series for a starting point and the Batman animated series from the early 2000's. Although it doesn't make sense, I gave him glowing eyes, because it makes him look more intimidating. Just so everyone knows, this is the Basil Karlo version, to me he's the OG version and he has the most interesting backstory. He's the shape shifting former actor turned villain, it's Clayface!
