I can't believe I didn't draw this guy before. He's one of Batman's most recognizable foes. I gotta say, the portrayal of this character in the Harley Quinn animated series is probably the best adaptation I've ever seen him and definitely gave the meaning to two-faced. But I gotta say the Arkham designs are still top notch and are always my go to for any Batman redesigns. The only minor thing that bothered me with those designs was that his left arm sleeve was completely burned off and nothing else...it's just odd. I had fun with this one and it took a lot of effort to make him look burnt. It's the bi-polar former DA it's Two-Face!
