Finishing this weeks DC gallery with another Batman villain. I don't think an introduction is necessary, he's a pretty popular villain and with him rumored to be the villain in the upcoming Batman movie we'll probably see more of him. I always thought most interpretations of this character was a joke until the Arkham games made him legit gangster. I loved they made him a black arms dealer that basically was the go to guy for the whole Gotham crime underground and the cockney English accent just topped it all. He's the classiest villain of Gotham, its the Penguin!
