I don't see this guy pop up as much as he should. He's a pretty frequent villain in the comics at least in the late 80's. He does show up here and there, but never has a lasting impression. Which is weird because he is a bad dude in the comics. I won't get into the details, so just look up Identity Crisis and you'll know what I'm talking about. For his design I was trying to find ways to make him look updated and modern. Most modern versions give him powers, but I think a suit makes more sense for him hence the "doctor" title. I took some inspiration from the Iron man Heartbreaker armor from Iron man 3 mostly for the chest piece. The rest was from various animated and live action versions I've seen. He's the energy projecting madman, it's Doctor Light!
