I'm surprised this guy never showed up in an x-men or wolverine movie. I always thought his power was odd, but it makes sense when going up against someone like Wolverine. I was originally going to draw Whiplash for this Marvel villain wave, but this guy is a lot cooler and threatening. Since he is basically a Russian version of weapon X, I was going for an experiment/military kind of look. I saw a lot of cool redesigns all over the internet and took little bits and pieces from each one. His classic comic costume is very 80's so I tried to give him a more modern update. This design is so cool I don't know much about Red Omega isn't he considered the Russian wolverine don't take my word on it though I have no idea about the character.
