Description
I always saw this guy as a joke villain, I mean his name is a joke in of itself. Even most video games and tv shows have him as sort of a "warm up" villain before Spider-man fights the bigger baddies. Threatening or not he's still one of Spidey's most recognizable villains and as much as I'm not a fan of him I appreciate it when he appears. Most versions make him in some decked out armored suit, but if you know anything about his back story you'd know he's just an amateur inventor/thief. I tried to give him a more homemade look while keeping close to his basic design. Just some padded jacket and a battery pack slapped to his back makes him seem more amateur in my opinion. He's the super charged villain that emits shock waves, its the Shocker!
