Description
Jorzua and his ArmyHi all, this is a relatively big piece intended to show the visage of an pale, young warlord Jorzua with his army sweeping the lands from the southwest with unbridled tenacity. The warlord brought with him the best captains and champions of the arena. And when they march forth from the south, the sun seemingly hid itself behind the might of Jorzua's army, casting a dark and fearful shadow over the northern towns.Of course, some may attribute it to the cause of deep fear and hallucination, but many will never see the light of another day again.
Jorzua is unlike any dark avatars of the past, his lineage may be evil, but the pale prince is driven only by ambition and the restoration of Kynnia, his broken homeland of the south. To this end,the Pale prince will employ all means possbile, be it alligning to the dark or siding with the Light. Jorzua is known to be a silent, brooding tall man of power. His stature is never broken, and his orders are sharp and clever, often exceeding those of a distinguished general and tactician.Jorzua is said to be shockingly young, though his features resembles those of a hardened and chiselled warrior. Jorzua never reveal his face often and is said to adorn large and covering armor of the ancient.
This piece is relatively large, and thats why a closeup of the characters will be revealed in another deviation, stay tuned~comms and support will be very appreciated thank u.
here's the closeup for all the details-seeker!~

Sound like one very sad story for the pale prince, though it sound like my storie a little wich just makes me wanna know more
i don't know if you have watched my gallery but there is (pages) of an comic that probebly won't be longer since me and my friend who was working on it (i did just write the story, and he did draw.) has so much in school right now and im trying hard to fix my grades so i can go to collage that it is on hold until both feel that we can continue on it. But i love what you have told me and it will be a pleasure to know more....Also i will try my best to create art that are like yours for my novel " The Agrian Empire" wich is a war/drama/fantasy novel inspired by Lian Hearns way of writing as he did in his Samurai Books, and also Valerio massimo Manfredi's thrillogy Alexander. (but im not that good at drawing humans, horses and so on so i cant draw or paint it yet...but i will and i will give you the credit since you have lifted my inspiration to the max with continue my novel, and try to make paintings for it.) so i have to say thanks for that and i hope that i wont dissapoint you.... since im thinking that i need someone who can look at my novel from time to time.... Sincere Rickard

hehe~u jus make me so proud man~thanks ya so much` well unfortunately i will unveil pieces by pieces at a time~hehe~
but tis much i wil say~Jorzua the Pale Prince hails from the dark lands of kynnia,a nation often hated and misunderstood by her neighbours because of several reasons. When the end of a century comes to a climax, the neighbours took up arms to end their hostility and thus crushed Kynnia into oblivion,or rather, what is known as the Tribes of Sunderlands now... Kynnia defended itself with power it shocked the united nations, and in the end,the Pale prince was the culmination of all that is Kynnia...With his family slain and kingdom broken,Jorzua had to seek refuge from the darker lands to the south...and now...he is back...with an army of hardcore and rugged warriors loyal to the Pale Prince...

Man, I would really like to know the story behind this. In this case a picture really is worth a thousand words and I'd be curious what they'd say about Jorzua's future. I think my favorite part of this painting is the guy running to his right though, you got the pose absolutely perfect and the details of his face and body are just amazing.
Added to my favorites.

wow wow wow wow
This has a great impending inexorable feel. The poses are that perfect blend of static and dynamic, like a wave perched to fall. The details are good, the warriors look strong and hardened and battle-hungry. The sky is great, like clouds and smoke, a tempest following this army.
If anything, the horse's nose seems a little small for the size of the beast, but the detail in the armor is so superb. Just....god damn this is good.
