While most people in Lore are aware of the Great Bellied Ones, or the GBO, of the city-state of Vara and their leader Sadie Whiskerton, few are aware of their equally-huggable and sweet counterparts up in the frozen northlands of Ragnar: The Polar Pudgies! While these girls may inhabit a cold home, their hearts are warm enough to ward off the cold!

Bridget the Polar Bear is by far the largest of the Polar Pudgies, as well as their loving and motherly leader, always encouraging her girls to take care of themselves and not be afraid to show off their huge, beautiful bellies. She started their little group many years ago, before her three cubs were born and she and her husband Bjorn were just dating, as a means to gather together other like-minded big girls and show how a bigger body can be just as attractive as a thin one. Bearfolk are accustomed to and attracted to larger women, but such was not the case all over Lore, which led the then-350 pound Bridget to show her small group of friends the true beauty of a bigger woman. During this time, she also adopted Kiki as her daughter, as she and Bjorn were struggling to have cubs...and then she ended up with a whopping litter of three and put on an additional 150 pounds of pregnancy weight, ballooning up into the size she is in this picture. But even with her hands full with three energetic cubs and a plump little penguin, Bridget makes sure to show love equally to all her friends and family, and makes sure they are all cared for. Even when the other four are out touring, Bridget makes sure to take time off for her husband and kids, making sure that her work doesn't get in the way of her family.

One could easily think that Bridget loves to do nothing more than lay around and eat when she is not performing with the Polar Pudgies, but with Ellie as her coach, Bridget maintains a very active exercise schedule: jogging, lifting weights, aerobics, cardio, and more, supplemented with protein shakes and bars to make sure that her muscles are strong and toned, and she stays healthy and fit for her loved ones. True she'll never be thin, especially when she has to put on even more weight during her hibernation period, but she keeps her heart and body in good shape, especially for keeping up with her extensive family. She is also an active patron of the arts; she loves to cook and exchange recipes with Kiki, but also enjoys painting, especially depicting the icy, beautiful vistas outside of her home or the Pudgies' mobile fort as the sun reflects in ribbons of color off the ice. She has somewhat of a rivalry with Sadie Whiskerton of the GBO, she and her feline counterpart always trying to outeat one another and see who can gain more weight, but it's all in fun, and she helps to keep an eye on Sadie for her worrying mother, Neka.
