Very nice, I like the guide you created, plus its good to see that you're keeping up with schedule and whatnot.

Now then, for critique:

While this does look nice, I don't quite see this as... Gonff. Don't get me wrong, I do think you're on the right track, but it still needs so tweaking.

For one thing, this still looks kind've... cartoony? That might sound odd, since this technically is a cartoon we're working on, so let me explain myself:

It looks like a design for a child's cartoon rather than a design used for an animated movie that could be seen and loved by young adults.

So this design is nice, it really is, but there are still some things to work out.

Such as, I don't think his fur should be gray, because that makes him look older than he should be. And he looks like he could have a rounder, more roly-poly look to him.

And his eyes are a bit too large, and the feather in his cap shouldn't be blue because it clashes with the rest of his wardrobe. Also, I suggest you get rid of the sleeves, the don't look quite right. His paws also need to be trimmed out - not slimmed out, necessarily, just kinda trimmed.

And don't forget that Gonff is a cheerful, mostly fearless type, try to bring that to his face, bring a roguish twinkle to his eyes!
