This was on Procreate for the ipad! 
I pretty much just tweaked a bunch of the pencil and pen brushes until I got something! >~<

The ones in the pencil and inking! I then play with the default shapes and grains to get what I want!

This is actually extremely close to the way I draw traditionally! I usually sketch completely with ballpoint pens in black ink and I was trying to fun a brush that could reiterate that since you have a lot of brush control and tuning in ProCreate!

Honestly at first glance i thought it really was traditional work until i gave it a closer look but yeah its impressive cause its not an easy thing to capture!
