She's a second year at UA in one of the more minor courses, she's a drummer in a band, and she's mute with a hair full of fortune and wishes!
When communicating she knows sign language and has an app on her voice that helps her "speak", but uses her fortunes more for advice~

My awesome and amazing friend came up with this little lady's quirk and her fun rumor, as I struggled so damn hard to figure something out for her, lmao. Go give her all the love in the world for being a wonderful person~~
