I've been watching ime-ru for a while and their entire eeveelution family thing gives me so much serotonin-
I wanted to make a fan character for a while but I wasn't sure if I was really allowed to-? but other people have done it and they seem fine with it, so here's my own contribution to it!

This is Linnea! She's a vaporeon with a whole lot of pep in her step. She's kind, energetic and excitable, but she tends to be a bit much sometimes, not on purpose of course. She just needs a little reminder to tone it down sometimes. Contrary to her type, her biggest passion is gardening, focusing on hibiscus and other island-bound plants, and she loves gifting flowers to others.

This a fan character for ime-ru's "Radio Silence"! She is not a canon character!
