Description
An element that is called many things.To Artistic Gymnastics it is a sheep jump for some unknown reason.
I call it a ring, some call it a bungee jump.
But that's it^
Taken in Gibraltar. (But not by me! I'm in it!)

Wait... how are you doing that? I mean the contortion-in-the-air bit, not the contortion bit. It looks really tough. (Tougher than on the ground, that is.

Well ... I don't really know how to explain how to do it! It's just like jumping, then bending into the shape! It isn't so tough when you've practiced it a lot but you're right, it's harder than doing it on the floor!

I find this jump absolutely amazing! I am about 80% of the way there doing a static stretch on the ground, but doing this while jumping... not even remotely close. Your flexibility is so incredible and I am jealous hahaha. This shot is an instant favorite for sure.
