Okay, this is not a color change, but more of a ref for me to distinguish stripes and fluff. They are a very small species, normally feating on insects due to their light airy build.Still based on:

this design is waaaaay too busy. there is so much going on with the head alone, i don't know how you can stand to draw this more than once

XD I like hhaving a difficult character to be honest. She would never be animated, and I only put her in illustrations. Not to mention, the difficulty also assures her originality. The antennae would be very subtle, and I think it would actually decrease the amount of lines I have to use. Does that make sense? lol Sadly, it's easier to draw.

Well, for me those are the easiest parts of drawing her, the fur and details. It's the pose that takes me five centuries DX
