After your comment i can see why it would look maybe weird but it really is just hidding (i originally had it that all the fingers were seen but it looked weird since the one finger that is now hidden seemed like it were too long)

I love the emotion. The fact that you have used varied tones of colours makes it all the more surreal. It's fairly rough, but its fitting because of the atmosphere. I also like how this is presented. We get a close up view, it's slightly to the side, but the hands bring this so much more. The expression is fantastic and the tears are realistic. I like the white background with particles and smoke/dust. This is very powerful.

OH MY!Β This is very good! I can't express how pleased I am with the emotion you've put into this piece! (Not that I'm not pleased with your other works) I feel his pain and sorrow (maybe anger) in this drawing and you've presented this ever so perfectly. I love how his eyes have that tint of redness and shine. That's a very realistic expression, and it makes the drawing that much more amazing for me. I love the teeth as well. They're white and shiny but not overpoweringly so. I love his pose and the smoke/mist rising from him (Excellently shown, my dear!). The way you highlighted the streams of tears and the way they're rolling over his cheeks show just how messy real crying actually is. It's not this pretty little one-teared hiccup with a handkerchief to wipe it away. This image expresses his stomach-churning sorrow and limitless despair. Whatever he's facing in this picture has drawn him to the breaking point. I've seen so many pictures of Shadow weeping to himself (Some that I've drawn myself) but this one brings something different to the table. There's that little extra sense of failure and loneliness that I see in his eyes. There's undeniable grief and heartache here and it's enough to make me feel pity for him. He looks in need of a good hug. So overall, this whole thing is absolutely stunning! (and I know that I say that on almost every single drawing of yours that I comment on) but this is now another favorite. Out of all the tremendous pieces you've done, I'm glad to see that you're still getting better!Β
Also, sorry for not talking much when you post a new picture, I've been having internet problems and that's what's been hindering me. I hope I'll get to talk more, and I wish the best for you!Β Β Β

Thats something i always think about shadow, like that guy trys so hard to hide his emotions, saying that he doesn't care about anything and what happends...in fact...he does care about alot of things and he is always in struggle about everything and about himself
And i think it just needs one moment where hes almost close to losing his friends that he just cries like a river, letting out everything that has build up inside of him
Shadow is really strong with what he's been through
(Sorry when i get emotional about shadow, it's one of my weaknesses ^^")

Shadow has a deep caring side but also a distant side to him and I love seeing that portrayed in works. He's strong and intimidating but also calm, loving, and selfless. He would definitely cry if something happened to his friends, but I feel like he would wait until he was alone or maybe until he was with someone extremely close. I enjoyed writing my comment and reading your reply. You have a wonderful gift and I'm glad to see that you're nurturing it.Β

Oh man I can feel his pain, is lost, and everything that he bottle in letting go.

You can really feel his built up agony and pain just spilling out like an overflowing bottle at its limit. The colors really emphasize the pain in his heart from all the terrible things Shadow's been through. I especially like the detail of his reddened eyes, indicating the tears haven't stopped in a while
