So, I've seen alot of steampunk designs for the European countries but I've never seen any for the Asian countries. I don't recall any anyways. So here's China with a steampunkish design. I'm sorry if it's not that steampunk, I can't design it that well, and I also wanted an Asian quality to it. (Though it does reminds me of Japan's uniform xDD) I think this is the first time I actually coloured China's eyes correctly. xDD

I finally finished this, after some months. Ha...ha. >_>

Oh, btw, I found out that textures can cover the crappiness of the colouring.
