Description
Character name:The original name of the entity known as Neona was Neona Marvella however while she kept the first name she took the last name Terrain to separate her from her origins. she poses as Satina's cousin on earth.
Character age:The original Neona was 14 but the current Neona has only been alive for 3 years so her body is 17 years old but her mind is all over the place. she poses as a 17 year old high school junior although she is not doing very well.

Personality:Neona is very hyper and tends to be very unpredictable, she loves learning and doing all kinds of things and luckily learns pretty quickly so long as what shes learning is interesting to her. she talks rather fast and runs even faster she tends to pop up out of nowhere when people least expect her. even at her most serious Neona is pretty obnoxious and her cheerful attitude often keeps things from getting too depressing. she loves sweets and shugary things and energy drinks and anything that makes her even more hyper and energetic than she already is. she is fiercly loyal to Satina even when she treats her badly.

Neona is basically a young child in the form of a teenager, sometimes she can act a bit mature as she does have bits and pieces of the memories of her host. but most of the time shes just a troublemaking ,hyper, well speaking child. she has however become decent at fooling people into thinking she is merely a childish teen,

Powers and magical girl form:Neona is refered to as the personification of lightnng and uncreatively her magical girl form is reffered to as P.O.L. she is able to fly, run faster than a normal human -though not anywhere near as fast as Taylor- and use all kinds of energy attacks.

Background/history:3 years ago while Satina was wandering the earth looking for her princess, she ran into something unusual. a strange weather phenomena led her to a weather research station where a team of scientists were conducting all sorts of tests and trying to manipulate weather. she snuck in and met The head scientist and her teenage daughter Neona. after a series of accidents the weather became completely out of control a spirit was formed in an explosion of light and caused all kinds of havoc Satina managed to communicate with the spirit and calm it down however another freak accident caused the deaths of the remaining scientists and the young Neona. Satina would have died as well however the spirit merged with Neona and saved her, since then the two have always been together with Neona doing her best to help her friend. The two of them eventually settled down in a town called Laker-Town where they had noticed all kinds of strange happenings.

also getting a few opinions on whether or not to keep the hat. i kinda really like im also thnking it might be better without it.
I must have redone this a dozen times, im decently happy with it now, but it might change in the future if i get any ideas of what i want to do.

Neona's outfit looks a bit weird on the long body here, it was better with a shorter one like i drew it on last time legendary444.deviantart.com/ar… if i come up with somthing better for electricity and lightning i might make her somthing different later.

when i first made neona i was under the impression i made up the name. probably after watching sailor moon i was thinking up names and for some reason when doing so i almost always go to the m's or the n's and im like 'N... uuuh, nina, nera, ninra, uuuh neo, uuuh NEONA! THERE. a name' thought it was gibbrish. but no. apparently its a name.

Neona was actually created on earth, satina was wandering around on earth and came across some sort of labrotory which seemed to be pulling life from plants around it (she being a flower nymph, could tell) and she snuk in to investigate. things happened and a spirit was formed from lightning and caused some havoc and then things happened and caused an accident killing a number of people and the teenage daughter of one of the reaserchers. hower the lightning spirt entered the daughter and became Neona.
