Description
Some time ago i thought it would be fun to redesign some of my characters under the lens of more stereo typical design rules.
you know like, not having 4 of your 7 main characters heavily favor the color blue, having each of your characters with a different silhouette/color scheme or even just having them designed to fit a role rather than coming up to a role and sticking it to them after designing them.
silly things like that. ive always been super stubborn with some of these things, my thought process is that real life isn't so clear cut and doesn't make sense like that. in reality you wouldn't necessarily deck yourself out in red just because your a fire type, you might wear blue and confuse everyone around you. a group of friends is likely to wear similar stuff and share interests so they wont necessarily all look completely different. one of these days i really need to design a set of elemental types that completely go against common themes of their elements JUST BECAUSE.

Anyways rant aside this set, which ive scrapped, builds off what i did with the 3 mermaid doodles, which is why onica and aroura are wearing their outfits from those. (socrats for some reason is wearing one based off hers from that but without any of the whimsy) I wanted onica to look icy and annie to look hot and firey, i even gave her a slight tan. and lori-chan got gold added to her stuff, i wanted her to look more spiky and electric.

i then could not figure out what to change on melody or erica and realized that my intentions to color code them failed miserably as annie and lori dont even look like their intended main color, and none of the outfits at all look cohesive. so i scrapped it. might come back to the outfits individually later on.
