Really interesting design, this looks like great work with paper, for the digital version I would personally take out some of the paper 'artifacts' like the white spots on the hair and other collage seams, and it would look perfect. Although I do have to say it does add a little character to it.

I think if you try to harness those imperfections and carefully use them it could make the images even more interesting, I'd say just keep going on the road you're on!
