Great uniform and wings ^^ Hope they'll find a good owner. You could do something more unique (for example, Francis's design was sooo fancy it was official - Winxs' designs weren't so, but they're recognizable XD I think you know what I'm talking about). By the way, the background is... not flattened nor pixelated, it's... narrower a bit. Really, these orbs should be orbs, not ellipses. Sorry for my overwhelming honesty and if it hits you. And sorry if I was rude XD I'm just giving some advices how to make this design more interesting for other people.
