Keychain of Incorporated Dreaming
Wondrous Item (accessory), Very Rare (Requires Attunement)

While you are wearing this keychain charm, you are capable of casting the Dream spell once, using the charm's spellcasting ability modifier. Once cast this way, you cannot do so again until 1d4 days have passed. During the ensuing dream, the charm acts as the messenger for the vision the target sees. Roll a D20.

On a 2 - 19, the Dream messenger can only give the target pleasant, happy, comforting, or sexy visions during the dream. When the target awakens, they have a number of temporary hitpoints equal to d10+ the charm's proficiency bonus. If the target had levels of exhaustion, it recovers twice as many as it would have normally.

On a 20, the effect is the same as above, but target is treated to the most wonderful visions drawn from their wildest fantasies. The target also has advantage on all saving throws until it next takes a long rest.

On a 1, the charm changes form, and becomes the Keychain of Profitless Nightmare for 1d4 days. During this time, the charm can not be used to cast the Dream spell, and the user of the charm is subjected to the most unpleasant nightmares imaginable, and is unable to gain the benefit of a long rest. After the allotted amount of days have passed, the charm returns to its original form.
