Also, I checked the Origamido site. How much would a sheet of that cost?

The guys at Origamido will generally only sell their paper in person, so you would have to visit their studio or a convention they were attending. It generally runs about 8 dollars for a 16x20 inch sheet. They sometimes hae 23x25 inch for...i cant remember how much. You can sometimes find it at the site www.origami-shop.com for about 10 bucks a sheet, plus shipping. That shop is centered in France, so shipping can take awhile. Another alternative to this would be a paper called Ogami, from the folks at Paper Circle. www.papercircle.org is their website. They have larger sheets for about the same price per square inch as origamido, and an awesome selection. You can check some of my other images to see the quality. Hope this helps!

What kind of paper was it, ad where do you get it? I'm trying to find a good place to buy from.

this paper was nothing special. It's some type of paper that is metallic on one side, and brown on the other. most craft stores with large sheets of paper have it in gold, copper, and silver.

Awesome! I'll add this to the must fold eventually list.

Just curious, what size is the completed turtle?

7 or 8 inches, I think...I haven't got it with me at the moment so I can't be sure!
