Description
A chibi of the civilian form for my Sailor Moon OC (one of them anyway), Sailor Phoenix. I wanted something cute, so I doodled this up and I think I outdid myself. X3The mark on her forehead is the symbol for Phoenix as found here: [link] . I, in no way, own the design for the mark, just borrowing it for the sake of my Sailor Phoenix.
Anyway, enjoy! And please, no stealing. 'Rantha is my baby.
