Description
It was night again and I was locked in my room once more. I was tired because I had a lesson. They were beginning to affect me no matter how hard I tried to fight it. When I was almost asleep, there was a knock on my door then a jingle of keys. I sat up because it was odd for someone to be coming to my door at this time. When the door opened my heart dropped and my stomach clenched. I saw the face of Dr. Kelso and he had that look in his eyes again. I did not like what I saw. My fists clenched together.

“What do you want?” I asked sharply.

He cooed to me. The door clicked shut behind him and that was when I knew I was in trouble. Then came his reply. “I think we both know what I want.” My breathing stopped. He sat down on the bed next to me. I remained seated because I couldn’t breathe and I had the distinct taste of vomit in my mouth. He placed his hand on my knee and slowly began to bring it my thigh.

I finally reacted. I shot off the bed. Then I did the dumbest thing and I put myself in the corner. It wasn’t until I saw his smile that I realized what I had done. I put myself in a vulnerable position. He began towards me. He spoke quietly and tried to calm me by telling me not to be afraid and that he wasn’t going to hurt me. My mind screamed to kill him but my body wouldn’t move. I opened my mouth to say something and then he was against me. He pressed his lips to mine and placed his hand in an area that shouldn’t have been touched.

I began to jerk about trying to fight him but he was stronger than he looked and was able to hold me. I heard a zip. He was about to rape me. I fought harder but I only tired myself and he held onto me harder.

That was when I saw the yellow eyes again.

I don’t know why but when I saw them I whispered the only thing I could think of. “Help me…please!”

“There’s no one to help you, Honey,” Dr. Kelso said in response.

Suddenly he was ripped off of me. I fell from lack of support. I heard him shout but then it just turned into a gurgle. The last thing I saw was the Great Doctor being lifted into the air then everything went black.

I woke up the sunlight flooding my room. I was lying on the opposite side of my bed. I looked around and memories of last night flooded back to me. But there was no evidence. As I pushed myself off the ground I felt something hard against my hand. I looked and it a belt. It was Dr. Kelso’s belt and I knew that everything was true.

I had been saved by the yellow eyed creature.

I took the belt and put it under my mattress to keep it from people seeing. There was a knock on the door and someone mumbled breakfast.

After I had finished getting ready I overheard a few of the professors talking. I heard something that sounded like “dead,” “hung” and “bathroom”. I was interested but I didn’t want to bring attention to myself. I didn’t have to pay attention to know what they were talking about. Dr. Kelso had been hung in the bathroom by my yellow eyed savior. I couldn’t help but smile.

The rest of my day went without any oddities. I went smiling throughout all my lessons. And that puzzled the professors the most.
