I GASPED Out LOUD at this OMGGGGG
I... This scene. This scene. This scene. And all your paintings of the various dragons captivated my heart and they're beautiful and all your art is freaking amazing, your use of the colour lines in that beard of Stoick's and the COMPOSITION of it and the "time alone to feel normal again" had lines as perfect and chaotic as the movie. The way your coloursΒ sort of twine together like organic shapes, like vines, and the way you use visual weight vs. white space to compose images with light and dark - like, your Toothless on a white background feels like a heavy weight dropping into the corner of the page, it's almost like sculpture but with the lushness of paint and colour. I don't know if I can find a print of this but OMG I want it andsdfa;slkdfasdjf;asjdfkas;dflkasjdf sorry incoherent.

Yup. Definitely true. This style fit to old, medieval arts about dragons from Scandinavian manuscripts. Colorful but soft, mild. Picture made by watercolors is not so sharp like digital arts - I like it cause it's not so "aggressive" if you know what I mean?
