Age: Chystala: 174; Cleo: Unknown; Chloe: 17 (but behaves and looks like she’s 174)
Squad: Bravo Squadron, Seventh Class
Power/s: Molecular Manipulation: When she stamps her paw, the area around/under her (and her target/s) behaves like solid water only she can pass through, allowing her to combine her attacks with her power by causing her foes to become unstable and throw off their aim and also allows her to attack from below and disappear again to the protection of the ground. Her power can also cause buildings to collapse, so she must be wary as to where she uses it and how far she makes it travel (She can change the state of any surface - solid, liquid, gas). She can also breathe all four elements (Water, Earth, Fire, Air) due to Cleo - with some restrictions.
Combat Style/s: Baata mixed with a bit of inexperienced Herlief.
Personality: Bubbly, Friendly/Shy (depending on who she’s with), Peaceful, Level-headed, Calm, Cheery, will tear-up at the drop of a scale, Emotional, talks to herself, Somewhat Naïve, Clumsy (only on land), Flexible, Agile, Curious, Quiet, Never says what she doesn’t feel needs to be said (or not relevant)

Background Story - Part 1: Cleo: After Cleo’s death in the explosion, her spirit - still devoted to her husband and bound by her Oath of Enslavement - stayed by his side as he researched the ways of Dark Necromancy. Using this newfound knowledge and combining it with his own intellect on ancient rituals, Saul tried to create a body that would last forever, like him, to bind her soul to. When it was complete, Saul caught and trapped her soul inside the artificial body he created - made from the four elements: a base/body made from Earth; Water to keep the body malleable; Fire to give life, create fire and keep warm; and a hollowed centre (Air pocket) to keep her light and able to fly and let her breathe. As a result, she is able to breathe all four elements - with some restrictions (Earth: lose body parts; Water: stiffen up; Fire: go cold - into stasis until warm again; Air: N/A). This newfound power eventually went to Cleo’s head, turning her into a power-hungry monster and she started to show-off her abilities by torturing prisoners, causing destruction and turmoil on the innocent dragons of the nearby villages, amongst others that are better off unsaid. Rather than have his kingdom be feared for his wife and not himself, he stole the soul of one of his prisoners (Chrystala) and placed it into Cleo’s body, renaming her Chloe. This new personality takes complete control over the body (as if she was born with it - she keeps the powers she was born with and the artificial body changed to look like her old body), however sometimes Cleo makes an appearance (which removes the gills and webbing to stumps). Chloe isn’t aware of Cleo – she only knows that sometimes her sentences seem slow and dragons give her looks afterwards. After the transfer, Saul wiped her past’s memory and released her, where she wandered trying to rediscover who she was and, eventually, found a home in Dragopolis - the DPF.

Part 2: Chrystala (Pre-Chloe): Chrystala was one of the few survivors of her race of dragon after a terrible disease (Dracamis Destificus) that wiped out most of its population. The race (Aquileia) was a species of dragons that were based in the Seraphim Expanse (a large, deep body of water - half the size of Dragopolis and somewhat taller/deeper) - few could walk on land (one of these few being Chrystala, which is how she escaped the disease), so their powers revolved around water, the most common being its manipulation. She was the only child of a noble family (her father was a royal advisor). After the near-destruction of her race, she fled to start a new life (she knew on the inside that they could never rebuild their civilization). The anklet she wears is a momento from her best friend, the princess, Pearl, who died in the pandemic. Upon her travels, she stumbled into Saul’s territory whoconsidered her as a spy and threat for her strange appearance and kept her as a prisoner until he chose her to override Cleo’s soul. Her body still resides in Saul’s palace, in a special tank to keep her organs functioning - performing tests and trying to figure out what Chrystala is and how he might be able to replicate and use that for his Aztar Officials and torture methods.

· She is drawn to any water-source (can detect water within a 10 mile radius above and below ground)

· She can be a bit clumsy on land, but incredibly graceful in water
