You know when is the TRUE downfall of CNUSA? 2013-2017. When the cancer known as "tin teituns gu" dominated the channel.
It was still alive in international feeds since it has more variety than in the US. Plus, not much live action shows in 2009-2010s (the only thing i remember live action in our CN Feed was Level up)

People who say it went downhill since 2004 are wrong. Because the logo matters to them. Typical.

Here's how I view it:
1992-1996: The Start, nothing really eye-catching.
1996-2004: The Rise, the beginning and end of the original Cartoon Cartoon lineup.
2004-2009: The Peak, Cartoon Network's best era yet, with shows like Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and Ed Edd n Eddy roaming around.
2009-2010: The Fall, do I really need to explain this..... oversaturation of Canadian shows, CN Real, etc.
2010-Present: The Resurgence (?), an attempt to win back the crowd.

2011-present: Well the only good shows are adventure time, regular show, Steven universe and some others.

I looked at the 2004 era, AKA the CN City era and it's just awesome. Infact, it just had every awesome Cartoon Network from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Maybe the people who think that it died in 2004 were a bit stupid.
