I'm aware he was going to be playable, but they cut him as he was too overpowered. Keep in mind that Minion is playable, and is a very broken character.

He still has the advantage of being a helicopter. I might want to bring up that Talon is a toned down version of Warhawk, and I feel he's a very broken character in 2012

Which doesn't mean crap when you're flying away and sniping people from a distance with the turret. I've had to ban Talon whenever I play with my friends due to how cheap he is

Other than that, I feel Twisted Metal 2012 as a whole is fairly balanced

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, like I said he's more annoying and time consuming to beat on a first playthrough, after that he's easy as hell. Next to him is the Abraxis final form from TRON: Evolution.

He's not at all scary to me, even with his weird deranged arms. He's more of an (ASS) than something that's scary. The Sorrow was scarier; when I got hit by him, I always had to turn it down because it's so fucking loud.

Didn't say I found him scary, just annoyed at him along with a whole lot of other bosses ESPECIALLY Abraxis' final form.

Fight Trapper in Twisted Metal: Small Brawl, his special weapon MULTIPLIES if it collides with ANYTHING, might I add that it's power is devastating

Wow that blows, I remember Galactus in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 was a pain in the ass, he would do this annoying combo where he would just shoot lasers that annihilate half your health for 5 times in a row, I'd normally lose after the 4th hit.
