What do you think about my idea for a revival of The Critic?
It would be a continuation of the original show where Jay Sherman brings back his show Coming Attractions as a YouTube show after so many years of going through jobs like McDonald's and Walmart after his show was originally canceled.
I would like to see him rip on a lot of modern movies like all the live action Disney remakes, Avatar and the Fast and Furious movies. I would also like to see Jay Sherman take on filmmakers who can't take criticism and rip on Rotten Tomatoes. Another idea I have is that Jay has a new makeup artist working with him a young Japanese girl named Yukio who is a friend of his son Marty and she has replaced Doris who has passed away. Marty is also all grown up and the web series from 2000-2001 would be non canon.
