MarbleHornets is its own universe that does NOT have proxies. The creators said that Alex is equivalent to a proxy, but isn't.

hold up. In one of the entries, Alex and Jay tackled Masky and took off his mask and found out he was Tim. When Masky got close to the camera, it glitched. Only Slender and proxies can do that.

Wrong again. Whenever Masky gets close to the camera in other Entries it works fine.

In fact, when Tim was revealed, the Operator came into shot, resulting in the glitch.

And it was Alex and Seth (or Brian) who tackled Masky down, not Jay. And once again, Masky isn't a Proxy. If he were, Tim/Masky wouldn't have run away from The Operator many times.

Finally, if you have seen TribeTwelve, you'll notice that during the video of Mr. Scars (Milo) killing Cursor (Mary), that there are no glitches, disproving the "proxies make glitches" theory.
