It does. I stumbled upon it this year. Just messing around with photoshop. What sux is I'm not accurate with the mouse and pressed for time to be patient. Armed with a wacom my works would be rich in colour. So I tell myself.

yeah, I feel the same way. I've intentionally stopped messing with colors since it's so time consuming. I'm gonna keep plodding away with pencil and ink 'till I can afford a cintique.
