What are those blue things on it's back? Are they fins? What purpose do they serve? Sorry if these are too many questions.

I imagined them to both act as feelers (such as a catfish's whiskers) to find food and sense motion as its sight would be poor in a low-lit cave, but also to attract females as some animals do with bright colours or patterns (as the fins' luminescence depend on its level of health!)
And the horns of course would be for weapons/defence against other territorial cave things ;v;
