So another character ref sheet commission for *The18Dragon
this time i had to make a water dragon with ice-ey colours and yes with attached wings to hands :>
Here i must say i tried different design of head than i used to draw before: its cool, to try new things

Hope you like it

BTW tail webbing is in both sides in the end; wings arent so 'transaernt', i just shown the belly structure; and wings are white, just have that tone of violet wheres darker.
