When she turned 14, Gwen was drafted into the Evangelion program at Nerv headquarters in Tokyo 3.ΒI've done a few Gwen cross-overs, and this one worked better than most, coz I didn't have to change her too radically.
Β Hopefully fans will recognise the geo-front behind her, with the hanging sky-scrapers.

It's mostly based on Rei's suit (I think..), but with different colours.
I tried several colour variations before settling on this one.

I copied the helmet design from a Medicom 6th scale Asuka figure.
Β She never wears a helmet in the original series, so it must be from "You are not alone maybe probably" or whatever that remix version is called.
Β I completely lost track of all the different revisions and don't consider that chick in the pink plugsuit to be canon at all..Β (like anyone cares what I believe! LOL)

She's a character exclusive to the remake movies, named Mari. I've only seen the first two, because FUNimation is dragging their heels ludicrously slowly with the dub of movie three. But those first two are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend checking them out.
