There is something very mysterious about fog, as it can represent so many things or hide them away. It is both a cloak, and a revealer at the same time and can be both comforting-or frightening, freeing or smothering, depending upon context. It, in itself, is quietly surreal, changing the very landscape that it touches, yet grounds itself into reality. That is why I love fog. This picture is stark in showing the very nature of aloneness, as one wonders- if the person in that piece is in despair or fear, because he is alone, or feeling a sense of comfort or relief in the fact that he is by himself at the moment. It is an interesting artwork, keeping one guessing. Superb!

Sometimes it's better to be left alone because no one can hurt you. But I can say that being alone too long will also elicit negativity within a person's heart.
Still, hopefully I am not talking too much. This photo just gave me that deep an impression. Congratulation on your well-deserved DD. Keep it up.
