We went on a trip to mars but the strangest thing was that our feet never left the earth. If you can't work that inside joke out you must be too highAll images are Β©copyright Drew Nelson Hopper. Anyway, I've no desire to go on a 1-way trip to Mars.
Too many waysΒ disaster will end the trip or wreck the colony...
We are certainly NOT led by Perry Rhodan or Capt.Kirk or even Picard.Β

So tactile looking...I want to reach out and touch those rocks. That sky is so vivid too.

i know exactly what you're talking about...
in a comment to another picture you said something about the small things in life... i'm alot underway with my daughter (7) - she loves reading animals tracks and traces - we look at the little things and our imagination sometimes runs wild...
i tell you we've been on mars either........

The idea of Mars is quite funny and the composition is great. But IMHO I don't really dig that yellow-ish sky.

Man what a trippy place. Love those rocks. Feel that the last couple from this place you've cut off the bottom too serverely. I am wanting to pan the camera down a bit and get those stronger lines involved with just a bit of the sky for color. Very cool spot

Actually any further down and I would have included the sand cause the rock actually ends just below where it's cut off. I do agree though, but also I didn't want a heavy foreground to put the balance off. Cheers for ya input

Usually cloudless skies aren't nice but for this one, that adds to the concept I think.
Great work!
