Update: I thought I lost this file on my old pc but today I found it whilst poking around for some documentation. I've given the original raw a once over from scratch. The most significant change would be noise reduction in the shadows and white balance adjustment to really bring out the twilight pink hues.

Yes but it was really calm that afternoon. The rowing boat in the foreground is actually beached though so no movement there.
