Description
Wat Rong Khun, more well-known among foreigners as the White Temple, is a contemporary unconventional Buddhist temple in Chiang Rai , Thailand . It was designed by Chalermchai Kositpipat in 1997. The temple exhibits avant grade statements and architecture unconventional to all other temples in Thailand. These sculptures leading up to the entrance of the temple are rather eerie.

actually Every sculpture in this temple do have meaning.
I think those hand are of ghost in hell. They're asking you who going to temple to shared them some good karma so they may get out of hell.

i love how there are regular human hands and then if you look closely, you'll see skeleton hands as well as claws. I absolutely love this picture. it shows an eerie sorrow, but yet its beautiful and inspirational at the same time. Wow, this is amazing
