Full Title: What does a scouter say about Dharc's Ki Level?Pretty much I would say the DBZ Reference of Random Flash 2 just for some fun. Of course Ki level is not everything in a fight. RF2's setting takes place one year after the battle in RF1.
As far as the problem with DoubleS and Revan, I won't get too involved in it even though it is about me. I will let it thin out by it's self.
