I got to www.iaza.com. First you'll want to separate out the frames so that you have each one saved as a different file. Then go to iaza and choose frame animation. Put in your frames one by one, and then animate!

I use paint to color all the panels. Separate them and save each as its own file. Then go to www.iaza.com and then go to frame animation, and put them all in there. Hope this helps!

I'm sure you could. It might look a little funky unless you arrange them exactly right, but I've seen people animate traditionally drawn images like this.
