Description
My DBZ OC Forte (Gee wonder if anyone can guess what I based his design on) He was made in Xenoverse but I changed his design to make it not just straight ripped from XV but still resemble his XV appearance.
Now onto his info:
Name: Forte
Race: Frieza race/ Frost Demon (whatever that race is called)
Age: he is considered a young adult by his kinds standards
Family: Duke Toketsu (Father) His family comes from Cooler's side of the family Tree
interests: Fighting, Sword/Blade related techniques, Female Saiyans

History: Forte has a strong hatred for most of his kind or more specifically the members of his kind who are evil but despite that he is rather good at hiding that hate and acting like he has his own evil intentions he also mastered using Freiza and Cooler's dislike of each other to get favors from the other. One of these favors involved saiyan slaves for his own use despite his clans fear of the saiyans and their legend of the "Super Saiyan" Forte shows no ill will towards the race he used his Saiyan slaves as a way to get them off and away from planet Vegeta knowing full well Frieza will blow it up eventually unfortunately most Saiyans don't exactly stick around him and he doesn't force them to go with him so the number of Saiyans he has is rather small. his intentions towards the saiyans where not always as noble in fact his main interest in them came about when he was a little younger and first visited planet Vegeta on his visit he for some reason found their females to be rather "attractive" he had no idea why he just felt a higher level of attraction towards them that's what lead him to his more noble intentions towards the race.

Main Techniques:
Toketsu Akuma Claw: He uses his Ki to coat the claws on the back of his hands turning them into full length blades of Ki.
Curse Cannon: Fires a gold Ki blast that can be remotely detonated making a huge explosion it can be powered up and at max power the explosion results in a flaming tornado of Ki. the shots home in on a target for 5 seconds.
Akuma Gate: A white/black beam attack fired by holding his hands out in front of him in such away it loosely resembles a mouth. a more powerful version can be fired by charging up more power for it when this is taking place a shield of Ki forms in front of him resembling a demonic skull of a member of his race the beam is fired from the mouth of this skull ki shield... thing
Psycho Buster: A big bang like attack charged with psychic energy when it its with a target and stuns them but also allowing Forte to slam them around with his thoughts he moves his hands to the direction he is sending his target when they have been hit.

Trivia:
The reason why he uses Toketsu and Akuma in his attack names is because of his father.
His skin is a dark brown under his black bio suit the reason for this is to make it easier for him to just fade into the back ground when around people.
Despite his love of blade and sword techniques his only move that is a blade move is not as big and destructive as his others this is because he made the move himself and is still working on it.
He was part of the time patrol in XV but was assigned his own timeline to fix.
